5. Self-love Pizza Mind Map

I have struggled with my body image and relationship with food for most of my life. One night, I decided to order a Zalat Pizza at two in the morning to treat myself after a long night. When it was delivered, the inside of the box had a heart drawn on it. Even though it is was simple symbol, it made me feel loved and accepted in that moment. I decided that "self-love" would be the central word on my mind map, because, you should love yourself no matter what -- even if you devour a large pizza by yourself in the middle of the night!
